welcome to bonnie trimble designs. these terms of service (version 2.0) are effective as of october 1, 2025, and outline the agreement between you and our studio. our business operates under the laws of the state of texas, and any legal matters will be handled locally in brazoria county.

we believe in transparency, so here are the key terms you should know.

by placing an order with bonnie trimble designs, you agree to the following:

custom orders

  • all custom design fees are non‑refundable

  • a 50% deposit is required to begin custom work

  • final payment is due before shipping

  • design approval is required before production begins

pricing & payment

  • all prices are listed in usd

  • prices may change without notice

  • payment is accepted via [your payment methods]

  • sales tax applies where required

delivery

processing times:

  • 1–3 business days for all ready‑to‑wear pieces

  • 5–7 business days for custom designs

shipping:

  • shipping times are estimates only

  • we are not responsible for postal or carrier delays

returns

  • returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery for a full refund

  • items must be in original, unworn condition and returned with all packaging

  • to start a return, email us with your order number and we’ll guide you through the steps

  • customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • custom and personalized orders are final sale

product care

  • each piece includes care instructions

  • proper care is the customer’s responsibility

  • normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty

intellectual property

  • all designs remain the property of bonnie trimble designs

  • photos, designs, and content may not be reproduced without permission
