    it’s simple. wrap a flexible measuring tape (or a piece of string and a ruler) snugly around your wrist where you’d like the bracelet to sit. once you have that measurement, add about half an inch for a comfortable, everyday fit.

  • how should i care for my handmade bracelet?

    to keep your piece looking its best, gently take your bracelet on and off and avoid wearing it in water. try to keep it away from lotions, perfumes, and other chemicals, as these can affect the materials over time. with a little care, your bracelet will stay beautiful for years to come.

    typically, a custom bracelet takes about 5–7 business days to create before it’s ready for shipping or pickup. if you have a specific deadline, just let me know and i’ll do my best to accommodate it with care and intention.

    i ship all orders through usps first‑class mail, which typically takes about 3–5 business days for delivery within the united states. you’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

    most orders ship for free, but some items or custom requests may include a small shipping fee. any costs will be clearly shown at checkout.

    yes — i’m happy to offer free local pickup for customers in and around pearland, texas. if you’d like to pick up your order, just choose the “local pickup” option at checkout. once your piece is ready, i’ll email you to coordinate a convenient pickup time and location.

    because each piece is handmade to order, all sales are final. however, your happiness truly matters to me. if your bracelet arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 5–7 days of receiving it so i can make it right with care and intention.

    absolutely. i stand by my work. if your bracelet breaks within 90 days of purchase due to a craftsmanship issue, i’ll repair it free of charge. for repairs needed after that time — or from normal wear and tear — a small materials and restringing fee may apply.
