  • what materials do you use in your bracelets?

    i am committed to quality & use a variety of high-end materials, including genuine gemstones, freshwater pearls, and 14k gold beads & charms. all bracelets are strung on durable bead stringing wire for a comfortable fit & long-lasting wear.

  • how do i find my correct wrist size?

    it’s easy! just wrap a flexible measuring tape (or a piece of string and a ruler) snugly around your wrist where you’d like the bracelet to sit. i recommend adding about a half-inch to that measurement for a comfortable fit.

  • how should i care for my handmade bracelet?

    to keep your piece looking its best, you should gently take your bracelet on and off. please avoid wearing your bracelets in water or exposing them to lotions & perfumes, as this can damage the materials over time.

  • how long will my custom order take to make?

    typically, a custom bracelet takes 5-7 business days to create before it’s ready for shipping or pickup. if you have a specific deadline, please let me know, & i’ll do my best to accommodate it.

  • what are your shipping options?

    i ship all orders via usps first-class mail, which generally takes 3-5 business for delivery within the united states. you’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, & yes, it’s free!

  • do you offer local pickup in the pearland area?

    yes! i’m happy to offer free local pickup. if you’re in & around pearland, texas, simply choose the “local pickup” option at checkout. i will email you after your order is complete to coordinate a convenient pickup time & location.

  • what is your return policy?

    because each piece is handmade to order, all sales are final. however, your happiness is my top priority. if you bracelet arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it so I can make it right.

  • do you offer repairs?

    absolutely. i stand by my work. if your bracelet breaks within 90 days of purchase due to a craftsmanship issue, i will repair it free of charge. for repairs needed after that time or due to normal wear & tear, a small materials & restringing fee may apply.
